Should I take creatine Supplement? (Advice appreciated)
It's been 3 months I'm doing gym and honestly I'm loving it, some minor visible changes are happening and motivating me to be consistent. I know that getting a decent physique will take time (probably 1.5-2 years) but just wanna ask is it worth to take creatine right now, like I have researched alot but still a bit confused if I should take it now or afterwards I'm kinda desperate for that dream physique (bahut bully hua hu pehle haha) and will work hard for it, but just wanna ask from some experienced gym bro's about creatine.
