Wearing compression garments for class
I’m an adult beginner, in a class full of other beginners. I’m on the older side compared to everyone else. Last year, I lost a lot of weight (143lbs) so I have a fair amount of loose skin. I find that a leotard is not sufficient to keep things neat and tidy, so I’m wondering if wearing compression clothes would help.
On the one hand, they’d probably restrict movement a bit. But on the other hand, my loose skin means I struggle to get clean lines or an accurate idea of what my body is actually doing.
Does anyone have any experience with anything like this, or have any suggestions for me?
