What is the timeline?

So I started watching the anime about a month ago and I only have a few episodes left. The time line has been confusing lately tho. How many years/months has it been? This is what I know so far, put in real world time:

Asta gets Grimoire: March 2020 Asta joins Black Bulls: September 2020 I’ve seen a lot of people say that the Star Awards Festival was 6 months after Asta joins the Black Bulls, which would put it in March 2021. There is also an episode where Asta goes back to Kikka on Magic Knight Selection Day, which would be September 2021, but I’m pretty sure that episode is filler and I’m not sure it’s canon. I know there is also the 6 month time skip, but I don’t know when it starts. There were a lot of filler episodes between Asta going to the Heart Kingdom the first time and then going there to train. I’m not sure when those happen? Is the timeline different in the manga?
