Hair stylist burnt my hair.

I went to a new stylist to get a wash+trim+style. I just wanted pin curls.

The stylist also specializes in curly naturals and sew ins. She was finishing up a sew in client when I walked in. When I got into her hair, after the trim she began to curl my hair. She used a hair straightener and burnt something (I think synthetic hair from the sew in client) and had to comb it out very roughly. She also used a hot comb on my TYPE 2B HAIR which I immediately asked her to stop.

Well I’m pretty sure her heat was too high on both the comb and curler because it’s been 4 days since then and I’ve washed my hair and it still smells very, extremely, burnt.

What can I do to #1 repair heat damage ( I haven’t used heat products in. 2+ years) and #2 get rid of this awful smell. Every time I move or turn my head it’s terrible and I get a headache.
