Allen vs vmc

My coaching centre has closed recently (FIITJEE), so I am planning to switch to a new coaching. i reside in east delhi side so my current options are vmc Anand vihar and allen noida sector 62, or maybe any other better option., plz if anyone can help me choose between these two then it would be a great help, as finding honest review is quite hard. Factors for choice:- 1) test frequency and level 2) is everything taught to advance level 3) teachers 4) module etc.
