Where to buy makeup?

This is I think my second time asking for advices (😭) but I'd rather ask people that are actually knowledgeable about what's best for "newbie" Jirai Kei than mess up, lol.

So, what makeup brand should I buy my stuff from? I know pretty much what's needed for typical Jirai Kei makeup, but I have no idea what makeup brand is the best and most fitting for Jirai Kei makeup. Of course, I'm sure it can be more than one brand, but what would you guys recommend? (∩´﹏`∩)
