shirt problem

Hello. I have a problem, the shirt I have is short and it gets pulled out from under my skirt too much which makes me uncomfortable and makes me constantly adjust it. How does Jirai wear shirts like that? do they secure it with something or idk (´﹃｀) (i use translate)
