Doctor prescribed Xolair today! Any good experiences?

I’m kind of nervous about this (but hopeful too)! I’ve been on Zyrtec and famotidine for months with no improvement. Doctor said he wanted me to give xolair a try. Hoping it will keep me out of the ER. Just wanted to hear any positive experiences or advice if you don’t mind sharing! 🫶🏼
