Monstera Variegata is dying

Hey there Monstera lovers,

I'm dealing with a dying Monstera Variegata at this moment. She has much brown edges but also some brown spots on the plant. I looked for spint but I can't seem to find them. There was a new leaf and it died immediately from browness. Also another leaf turned out fully brown and took it off the plant. It was standing more in the sun, and kept him out of it (even though there was not alot of sun these past months). Checked for root rot but I don't know for sure if it's rot...

So I wanted to ask your advice, because i'm getting desperate how to still fix this plant 🥲.
