Meed help with broken stem folding mechanism

Hi, on my way back from work yesterday i noticed that my stem felt wobbly and when i came home i realised that it wasn’t locked in as firmly as usual and that some parts seemed to be missing…i am adding some photos to my post so maybe someone could tell me what parts i need to buy to fix this.
