Is there an uptick in porn bots following everyone else too?

Id say last week, a obvious porn bot started following me and it seems like ive been getting one every 1-2 days. Is anyone else out there experiencing the same thing?

Edit- Please also list when you remember this starting. I believe for me, I started getting spammed daily about a week ago.

Update- Yes, everyone else is getting Eiffel Towered by bots in general. Not limited to porn bots.
