What about DEI requirements for accreditation?

I’m on a curriculum development committee at my R1, and one of the things we often discuss is program accreditation - which was updated recently to INCLUDE criteria related to DEI. So now what do we do? How are the rest of you handling these (potentially competing) requirements? At this point, I’m worried telling any of my fellow professors that they need to teach DEI skills for accreditation purposes when it could get them labeled or in trouble.
