Why are Roadies auditions so boring now?

Back when Raghu and Rajiv were in charge, contestants were selected based on their personality, attitude, and to some extent, their fitness. There was a balance. But now, it feels like the entire audition process is just about fitness. Two people walk in, and instead of getting to know them, they’re immediately tested on how many push-ups they can do.

Being fit is important, but Roadies was never just about that. Earlier, the application forms even had general questions to understand contestants’ perspectives on society and where they stood. Now, it seems like none of that matters.

If you look at past winners like Suchit or Ayushmann, they weren’t as physically fit as the guys who come on the show today, yet they still won because Roadies was about more than just physical strength.

So what is Roadies really about anymore? Just being fit?
