Am I right here?

Hi everyone. I'm currently having a dispute with a landlord after moving out. It was a shared two bed flat with four people living there. We moved in a year ago and just left. Two different couples had been in our room in the previous years. Our landlord asked us to get the flat professionally cleaned when we left which I didn't do as it had not been professionally cleaned when we moved in. I did however give it a very good domestic clean, used all the products she wanted in the bathroom, kitchen and carpets. She is now trying to charge for carpet cleaners and a professional clean. I've attached the messages below. Do I have a case here? And how would I proceed? Names are covered and I must also note I am not disputing the bin or oven pan needing replacement.
