PAC Number Change

On Tuesday, I made the swap from O2 to VOXI and used the PAC code to keep my old number; VOXI sent a message saying this would be done on the 21st. However, now that it’s the 22nd, this still hasn’t happened. Is this normal, can it take a few days?
