What is the name of this particular piece on Roman Armor?

I absolutely love when they had these busts of gods on their armor, Im thinking about getting a tattoo of this on my chest, what is it called tho?

Btw this is from HBO Rome and apparently Mark Antony is wearing a bust of Alexander The Great is that true? Was that common back then apart from gods to have historical figures on their armor?
