Why is This Slab So Big?

So I was watching a break and won a giveaway. Was a mystery ebay slab? But yeah I have slabs and never felt or seen one This big. It's almost twice as thick as a regular one especially the bottom. The cert reads on psa so it's legit right? I know they make other sized slabs based on card but was just wondering.
