Can someone please guide me on how to begin changing careers?

Need Career Guidance Please

Hi Everyone, I'm in my mid 20s at the moment and feel stagnated within my career.

For some context, I graduated with a BBA in 2021 (currently in Ontario, Canada) and am looking to move out of my industry (asset servicing), but am unclear on where to go and how to even begin determining that correctly.

I have a vague idea that i would like to go into either tech sales, management consulting, or product management (since the ceiling in these fields appear to be high, and you can make great progression if you're capable enough).

However, I am unclear how to effectively filter if these are the fields I would genuinely like to pursue.

Does anyone have any guidance or framework on how to approach the decision paralysis I'm facing? Thank you in advance :).
