"Intermission scrolling" - seeking advice!

I'm on a journey to stop using social media. I don't have a terrible phone addiction. I do have other hobbies and have no trouble focusing on them for hours on end. My problem lies more so in the use of my phone in between things. For example, when I get out the shower and lie on the bed to dry, when I'm waiting for my food to cook, when I've finished watching an episode and wait for my partner to brush his teeth before I can use the bathroom, etc. I can't seem to find much on tackling this type of usage. If anyone has any tips or tricks regarding this, or has overcome the same bad habit, pleaaaase share!
