Candied zest or limoncello?
Finally got my hands on a Buddha’s hand citron, and it smells so good. I want to use it as part of the cheese and wine thing I’m doing with my aunt and step mom, but I can’t decide if I should candy the zest for pairing with the cheese and crackers or making limoncello. Which would you make?
