Purple question

I have just finished the book for the first time and came across what should be the famous "purple text" but it's just red on my book, the book is in Italian, is this a known printing mistake? Or is this how I find out I'm colorblind? Ngl I'm kinda bummed that it's not purple, it definitely would've hit way harder if it was
