Major Apps Missing on iPad?

I’m thinking of buying an iPad to accompany my new iPhone rather than a laptop for uni. I know iPhones and iPads share most apps, but I was wondering if there were any major ones missing from the iPad I should know about? I know WhatsApp currently isn’t on iPad (although apparently it’s in Beta so hopefully soon?), but any others?
