What’s your current white whale?

So with the help of a friend out of state, I have finally tried Sour Powerade. So, this is my new white whale. Supposedly it’s in stores now but it doesn’t even come up as an Instacart option yet, which I’ll often get in spite of it not actually being available at any stores in range of me. What junk food are you on an odyssey to track down?
