Should I buy this computer?

Well within my price budget! (seller says it has a NIVida graphics!) - does this mean RTX? also CPU is Amd athlon xp 1800+ (is this comparable to Intel i7 11th gen?) Also seller says 64mb of ram. - I think he means 64gb??? Beamng says only 16gb needed. Pretty sure it'll meet my demands but just making sure
