What happened to the PAYDAY 3 cosplay masks in the merch store?

I pre-ordered the four original heisters PAYDAY 3 cosplay masks a few months before Halloween. It's been delayed 3-4 times. The PAYDAY 3 merch store was down for a few weeks and I was happy to see its back up. but I cannot find the PAYDAY 3 Cosplay masks (to see when they releasing) only the PAYDAY 2 ones. Did they secretly discontinue them without refunding us?
