Gcash transaction history failed but money in account was deducted

It’s my first time to experience that a transaction thru gcash failed to reflect but my money was deducted from my account. I was with a friend when I visited this store last night and used gcash as my mode of payment. Scanned the QR code thru the POS machine(?) at W (health and wellness) store. The pop up notification message at the app was payment is processing but when the person in charge at the cashier check if they received the payment there was no record at their end. I tried to refresh the gcash app to see if it’ll reflect the payment but it didn’t. I can’t file a ticket report since I don’t have a reference number to input. If there’s anyone who encountered the same situation, please do let me know what did you do in order to resolve this situation.
