Punisher Vinyl (standard black pressing) pretty bad quality?

Can anyone comment on their experience with the standard edition of punisher on vinyl? Just received it for Christmas from a family member and I can’t say I’ve ever been so disappointed with a new record as I have been with this one.

Just sounds super loud and distorted. Vocals are almost clipping and fuzzy on every song. Reviews seem to be somewhat mixed, so I’m just wondering what the general consensus is here.

I already know it’s not my setup, I have some serious equipment and it’s all well calibrated.
