Help!! Itching after normal delivery

Vaginal itching after deliver😭

I had a baby vaginally last week and had few internal stiches. I didnt tore so perineum is fine but it itches like hell.

I got piles/ hemmoroids as well due to pushing and got anusol for it. So far it seem to work doesnt itch but its sore and achy.

If you have delivered vaginally. What did u do with the itching?? My doctor said i dont need anything just warm water but i have tried using canesten thurush cream at the opening of vagina.
