Suspension Sounds

I was driving on some pretty windy and turny snowy backroads, admittedly going fast at some points and powersliding. Now, the front right tire is making some funny sounds when I break, turn, and even when driving slowly. I notice when I speed up the sound goes faster and faster. I was wondering if any of you know what I could have damaged.
