Turning 20

In a few hours, I will no longer be a teenager, so I won’t have a purpose on this subreddit. I joined Reddit only a few days ago and joined this subreddit just as recently. Writing this in honor of that one guy who did the same thing, to say bye to their teenage years via r/teenagers. While I am 19, a well young adult, thats technically still a teen!! I’ve dedicated the last year-ish making up for my lack of teenage dirtbag-ing. So, bid farewell and adieu.

Crazy thing I wanna come out and say— I was well known in the Beanagers Discord, as a moderator. Me and my one good friend pretended to be a whole Discord mod/ Discord kitten thing. LOL just had to get that off my chest

Small pieces of information I have came across and would like to share:

Keep high school in high school, and college in college. The only thing junior year and AP classes are good for is extra stress, and you don’t need any more!

The memories and friendships you make in high school take place during the most important time of your life, and they are quite paramount in the building of your character.

Put yourself out there, but don’t spread yourself thin. Live authentically, & follow through. But sometimes commitments are hard, so be wary of people or experiences who aren’t in your best interest. <3

Finances will come to you, and eventually you’ll be standing on your own two feet. But, remember that its totally tubular to reach out; if you ask for help, it doesn’t make you weak. 🎵🎶 /ly

Oh and ur parental/ guardian unit is probably right [; a lesson I am still learning.
