Suggestions with my 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8L

Hi guys! Aside from needing new tires since they’re really worn out and I slide when it’s wet out, can anyone help me with new speakers that are compatible with this old junk on 4 wheel? I’m algo looking into a new entertainment system (Bluetooth capable) for nice sounding music thank you !
