Advice on the following specs

Hi, would like some advice on the following laptop specs and how you would rank them (I have deliberately excluded brand and specific names, but people could probably work out which laptops I'm talking about by these specs alone):

Option 1: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS + 32GB RAM + 1TB SSD + RTX 4060 ($2,097 AUD - 34% discount)

Option 2: Intel Core™ i9-14900HX + 32GB RAM + 1TB SSD + RTX 4060 ($2,897 AUD - 32% discount)

Option 3: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS + 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD + RTX 4070 ($2,399 AUD - 20% discount)

* Option 1 and 2 have configurable RAM and SSD, unsure if option 3 is configurable or not.

** Other specs aren't all equal, but these are currently the deciding factor for me.

Been leaning towards option 1 for a long time, but unsure whether the CPU for option 2 is a big enough improvement for the difference in cost to choose it.

If option 3 is configurable, I would consider it more seriously, but have received mixed news of what I read of whether the >! Lenovo Legion Slim 5 Model: 83DH0052AU !< is configurable after purchase.

Use case would be gaming (obviously), but also some light programming and use of MATLAB to run Psychtoolbox. I would rarely see myself using this unplugged from the charger, if that makes a difference.
