It has come to my attention this dispensary is being run by someone who is not paying their employees. Hiring unlicensed security guards with no formal training, and is also being sought out after debt collectors and intentionally ignoring them for past balances due on rent and previous business properties. This post comes from a conglomerate of employees coming together. Jerry has a habit of disregarding OCM violations, whether it be intentionally pushing specific products to customers due to their lack of knowledge, trying to recommend products that aren’t selling well even if the customer hasn’t asked for that specific product, and purposely mismanaging POS guidelines by selling certain products under the guise of a different product to manipulate inventory. On many accounts, he has mentioned he treats his current staff with a lack of respect because he would rather have an ‘all Asian’ staff working for him instead, and has on many occasions used racial slurs behind his employees of colors backs, on many occasions, using the ‘N’ word to describe his security guards behavior. I understand as a customer, these issues are very irrelevant and don’t impede on the transactions itself, yet there is a huge disregard for a healthy work life balance. He will go weeks without paying employees, not understand how to run his own business, not give the proper training to the her worked and underpaid (in this case not paid at all) workers. And the reason he has a high rating is due to the fact he incentivizes discounts to customers who leave a good rating. On many occasions, he has mentioned there is no point in acknowledging the difference between indica & sativa products due to ‘customers are retarded. They’ll buy anything. Who cares. Just make sure you try to push the shit we aren’t selling that much to them.’ He HATES ambassadors from brands, he keeps all staff samples for himself, so he can put them on the shelves to sell to customers, he is just very stingy, verbally and mentally abusive, racist, and whether you may think this is just a disgruntled staff or not. The cameras don’t lie, (only when he purposely doesn’t have the music playing too loud because he doesn’t want to get caught up saying the wrong things and have OCM hear him.)
