My relationship with Istanbul is rapidly deteriorating.

I’m afraid we’ll soon part ways for good. I used to believe it was one of the world’s best cities, but each time it kept resisting me. It’s hard to avoid Istanbul today, since many layovers take place there. But now, I try to choose other transit cities, even if I have to pay extra.

What’s wrong with Istanbul? Taxi drivers and total chaos on the roads, dirt, hustle, and completely unreasonable prices in the past year.
