Building two builds- is it hard?

Hi team,
I am Staff Bow I built Melee evasion cause I am enjoying Arena, but I dont feel like im making impact on large scale/boon war etc.

Do you think I should transition? I don't know how much time it will take me to get the EXP and traits so I'm kinda frustrated
