Auction house charged me twice- recived item once

Guys, did this happen to anyone else, I bought Band of Universal Power at 2.1K litho today, I clicked a few times on purchase Cause UI was not responsive, The Auction house charged me for 4.2 K Lucent And I received only one lithograph! I swiped for the 100$ pack for this, I created a ticket and I'm extremely frustrated and scared they will not help me and refund the lucent.

let me know if you experienced something similar and how the support team reacted

Edit:Support never responded but after 13 days the , lucent returned to my account.
